Chef Eddie Gee is the culinary force behind Table4Ten Culinary Services — a private chef and full-service catering company built on decades of passion, formal training, and a deep love for food that crosses cultures. A graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas culinary program, Chef Eddie has spent years refining his craft across multiple cities, cuisines, and event types — from intimate private dinners to large-scale events serving hundreds of guests.

His culinary identity is rooted in versatility. Whether he's crafting a refined tasting menu for an exclusive private dining experience, executing a multi-station catering spread for a corporate gala, or traveling across the country to cook for a destination event, Chef Eddie brings the same level of precision and creativity to every table. His fusion approach — drawing from Southern soul, Creole, Caribbean, West African, Asian, and Mediterranean traditions — is what sets his food apart. Inspired by his father's love of BBQ and the flavors of both New Orleans and Oakland, Chef Eddie even launched his own line of handcrafted BBQ sauces, Griff's BBQ Sauce, as a tribute to that culinary heritage.
